Requests for cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the tour's start. After this time, cancellations could not qualify for a refund.
Refund Process
The money will be processed and credited to your original payment method if you are qualified for a refund. Depending on your payment source, refunds may take anywhere from seven to ten business days.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds may not be available for some services, such as customised trips or non-refundable deposits.
Damaged or Delayed Services
You might be eligible for a partial or whole refund if the services rendered change significantly from
what was originally scheduled. To fix the problem, please get in touch with us right away.
