Tour Itinerary

Your Golden Triangle journey begins in the national capital Delhi. You’ll be greeted and picked up by our representative in a private air-conditioned vehicle. From here, your Delhi city tour commences with a visit to some of the most iconic spots.

Start at India Gate, a war memorial to the victims of both the world wars located on ceremonial Rajpath, followed by a drive past the massive complexes of Rashtrapati Bhavan (President's House) and Parliament House, representing the nation's political life.

Then proceed to Qutub Minar, yet another of India's UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and India's highest red sandstone and marble minaret. Then head towards Humayun's Tomb, another exquisite Mughal building that was employed as a reference while building the Taj Mahal.

Visit peaceful Lotus Temple, famous for flowerlike design and spiritual atmosphere and free for public of any religion. Then stroll to Jama Masjid, one of the most noticeable mosques in Old Delhi.

Before concluding the Delhi tour, go for a ride on a rickshaw in Chandni Chowk, which is one of the oldest and most crowded Delhi bazaars, the look, feel, and aroma of which would bewilder you.

After sightseeing, drive to Agra via Yamuna Expressway, with a smooth drive of approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. On reaching Agra, check-in to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at Agra.

Begin your second day with a morning visit to the iconic Taj Mahal, which glows golden early in the morning. A UNESCO Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal is an emblem of everlasting love, constructed by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in honor of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.

Following a peaceful morning at the Taj, head back to the hotel for breakfast. During the afternoon, venture out and explore Agra Fort, which is another UNESCO World Heritage Monument. The Mughal's principal abode during the 16th century, the fort complex features magnificent buildings such as Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Aam, and Sheesh Mahal.

Optional, you may also stop by Mehtab Bagh, a riverfront garden with beautiful views of the Taj Mahal from the opposite side of the Yamuna River, and Itimad-ud-Daulah Tomb, or the Baby Taj, famous for its marble inlay work.

In the afternoon, proceed to Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan. On the way, visit the old city of Fatehpur Sikri, the former capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. Visit the Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chishti, and the Panch Mahal, all evidence of Mughal architectural dominance.

Drive to Jaipur, a 4.5-hour drive from Agra. On arrival in Jaipur, check-in to your hotel and relax for the day. Enjoy Rajasthani dinner at the hotel or visit a local bazaar or cultural folk dance show (optional). Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Begin your final day in Pink City with a delicious breakfast and city tour for the entire day.

Start your day with a visit to the imperial Amber Fort, which lies just outside the city limits. Situated on a hill, the fort is a classic representation of Rajput architecture, with palaces that are intricately carved, mirror work halls, and spacious courtyards. Ride up to the fort on the back of an elephant or jeep and visit some of the sites such as the Sheesh Mahal, Ganesh Pol, and Sukh Niwas.

Pass by Jal Mahal (Water Palace) halfway on way back in center of Man Sagar Lake. While not open to visit, there is excellent photo opportunity at promenade.

Next head over to the City Palace, a stunning palace compound at the center of Jaipur which is still the residence of the royal family. Royal clothing, arms, manuscripts, and artwork are exhibited in the palace museum. Nearby stands Jantar Mantar, an observatory for astronomy and UNESCO World Heritage, and home to the largest sundial stone in the world.

Drive past the beautiful façade of Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), through whose 953 minute windows royal ladies used to watch street activity without being viewed. This magnificent pink sandstone building is among the most recognisable landmarks of Jaipur.

Instead of time, browse colorful Johari Bazaar or Bapu Bazaar, well known for Rajasthani jewellery, textiles, handicrafts, and native cuisine.

Upon completion of the sightseeing, embark on your journey back to Delhi, 5-6 hours by road. The tour ends with a drop at your desired location in Delhi—airport, railway station, or hotel—after an unforgettable three-day tour of India's cultural center.
