Tour Itinerary

Upon arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, Port Blair, the group is welcomed by our tour coordinator and brought to a pre-booked hotel. Post-lunch and refreshment, the group proceeds for a visit to Cellular Jail, commonly referred to as Kala Pani — a colonial prison with a historic backdrop where freedom fighters were formerly imprisoned.

A guided tour will revisit the stories of courage, sacrifice, and patriotism, and hence it will be a historical experience of depth for the students.

Evening: Students watch the awe-inspiring Light and Sound Show at the jail complex, where history comes alive in the form of voices in prison, living memories of India's freedom struggle.

Dinner and night stay in Port Blair.

Early morning after breakfast, the group takes an early ferry ride to Havelock Island. The trip itself is worth it since the students get to see the blue patches of sea and tropical islands along the way.

The group rests at the hotel and lunches.

Afternoon: Go to the world-famous Radhanagar Beach, famous for its snow-white sand and blue water. A most scenic beach in Asia, it is an ideal place to relax, play beach games, and trek.

The local guides conduct garbage disposal training sessions and ecology awareness lectures so that the students are made aware of the requirements of sustainable tourism.

Evening: Team bonfire (weather permitting), team exercises, and interaction session.

Dinner and overnight stay at Havelock.

Break your day with breakfast and nature walk. The group is taken on an excursion to Kalapathar Beach, a serene beach renowned for its black stones, blue sea, and sunrise click points.

Late morning: Group is transferred to Neil Island by ferry. Upon arrival, check-in hotel and lunch.

Afternoon: Visit Laxmanpur Beach, a sandy beach ideal for sunset view and group photography. Students can get the island guides to explain the tidal pools and the marine life of the beach.

Evening: Group reflection and journaling exercise on the day's experience with dinner to be served.

Night stay at Neil Island.

Morning visit to internationally famous Natural Rock Formation of Bharatpur Beach, also referred to in the local terminology as the "Howrah Bridge" of Andamans for its name's similarity with that of the most popular Kolkata bridge.

Morning: Nature walk session in the morning introduces the students to vegetation on the beach, unusual rock formations, and coral habitat. Sea walk and snorkeling (optional, in case of senior classes or escorted by teacher) facility can be arranged.

Post-lunch: Drop at return ferry to Port Blair and hotel. On route, view distant islets' scenery and sea colour changes.

Evening: Open Corbyn's Cove Beach for recreational activities and games such as tug-of-war, Frisbee, and team-building activity.

Dinner and overnight at Port Blair.

Post-breakfast, students undertake an educational day tour of Port Blair.

First Stop: Anthropological Museum, through which individuals can become aware of the native inhabitants of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, their lifestyle, and how they are conserved.

Second Stop: Fisheries Museum, a detailed archive of marine animals and ecosystems of the Bay of Bengal.

Afternoon: The team visits Chidiya Tapu, or Bird Island, famous for mangroves and birds. Students take a guided trek to Sunset Point, where they learn coastal bio-diversity and bird conservation.

Evening: Return to hotel. Trip feedback session, with group cultural performances or reading hour.

Dinner and overnight at Port Blair.

Morning breakfast, followed by a roll-up session for the students where they share their learnings, experiences, and photo moments. Souvenirs and participation certificates are distributed by the tour leader.

Depending on the flight schedules, the group is taken to Port Blair Airport to return home — with memories of an invaluable learning experience.
